Finding your way around

The site is organised by game. Each game has a hub page that explains the shape of it: what you are trying to do, how a round runs, what the bets are. There are then more detailed pages underneath for the rules in full, the strategy, and the arithmetic behind both.

If you are starting from nothing, the hub page is the right door. If you already play and want one specific answer, the rules pages are where the tables live: hand rankings, the baccarat drawing rules, the blackjack basic-strategy grid. And if you have hit a word you do not know, the glossary defines the vocabulary in one place.

Pages are grouped above the way a reader would look for them, not the way the folders happen to be arranged.

Other languages

This page indexes the English edition only. Pokokpedia also publishes in Bahasa Melayu and in Simplified Chinese, and each of those editions has its own sitemap covering its own pages. Use the language switch in the header or at the foot of any page to move between them.

The three editions are not translations of one another and they do not carry exactly the same set of pages, which is precisely why each one is indexed separately rather than pretending to a single shared list.

The XML sitemap

Search engines use a different file: an XML sitemap at /sitemap.xml, listing every page in all three languages with its last-modified date. It is generated by the same build that produces this page, so the two cannot disagree about what exists.

That file is for crawlers and is not much use to read. This page is the one for people.
