How to reach us
Pokokpedia is written and edited by a small team, and the quickest route to us is a plain email. There is no contact form on this page on purpose: the site is a set of static files with nothing behind it that could receive a submission, and a form that quietly goes nowhere is worse than no form at all.
There is no phone line, no live chat and no support desk. Pokokpedia is a reference work, not a service. Nobody has an account here, so there is nothing to be locked out of.

If you are unsure which one to use, use the general address and we will route it internally. Nothing gets lost for being sent to the wrong inbox.
Reporting a mistake
This is the message we most want to receive. Game rules are facts and readers check them, so a correction from a reader is worth more to this site than almost anything else you could send.
To make it easy to act on, include:
- the address of the page, copied from your browser's address bar;
- the sentence or table row you think is wrong;
- what you believe it should say.
A source helps us move faster, but you do not need one and you do not need to prove your case. "I think the third-card rule in that table is the wrong way round" is a perfectly good report. We read every one, including the ones that turn out to be mistaken, and what happens next (including how a correction is shown on the page) is set out in our editorial policy.
Suggesting a topic
If you came here looking for a game or a question we have not covered, tell us. We would rather hear that a page is missing than guess at what to write next, and requests from readers are one of the few honest signals we have about which gaps actually matter.
The same goes for pages that exist but do not work. If an explanation lost you at a particular paragraph, saying which paragraph is genuinely useful — that is a defect in the page, not in you.
What we cannot help with
Being clear about this saves everybody time. Some of our pages carry affiliate links to casino brands, and that is the whole of our connection to them: we have no operational relationship with any gambling business, no access to their systems and no standing to act on your behalf. So we cannot help with:
- Casino or poker-room accounts. We do not operate any, cannot see one, and cannot unlock, verify or close one. Only the operator can do that.
- Deposits, withdrawals or missing money. No payment ever passes through this site.
- Bonuses, codes and promotions. We publish no bonus figure, wagering requirement or promo code for any operator, including the ones we link to, so we have none to give you and cannot chase one for you.
- Disputes with an operator. Take those to the operator, and then to whichever body licenses it.
- Advice on whether to gamble, or on placing a particular bet. We explain how games work; we do not tell anyone to play.
- Legal advice. Gambling law in Malaysia is restrictive: the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953 govern gaming and betting, and gambling is additionally prohibited for Muslims under Sharia law. We can describe that; we cannot advise you on your own position, and you should speak to a qualified lawyer if you need to.

What to expect when you write
A person reads every message. We reply to anything that needs a reply, and we will tell you plainly if we disagree rather than going quiet.
Two things we will not do: we do not publish reader emails, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to be added to. Your address is used to answer you and for nothing else, which is set out in full in our privacy policy.

Pokokpedia is an information site. It does not operate, host, arrange or process gambling, and it carries no display advertising, no ad network and no pop-ups. Some pages do carry affiliate links to casino brands, which earn us a commission; how that works is set out in our advertising disclosure.
Is there a contact form on this page?
No. The site is served as static files with no backend to receive a submission, so a form here would look like it worked and then throw your message away. Email is the whole of our contact route.
Can you help me recover my casino account?
No. Our only connection to an operator is an affiliate link. We have no access to their systems and no visibility of anybody's account, so we cannot unlock, verify or close one. Contact the operator directly, and if that fails, the regulator that licenses it.
I found an error. Will you say so if you fix it?
Yes. A factual error is corrected in the text and a dated note is added to the foot of that page saying what was wrong and what it now says. The note stays there permanently.
Do you accept guest posts or link requests?
No. We do not publish contributed articles and we do not sell or exchange links. The only commercial links on this site are the affiliate links in our casino lineup, which come from our own affiliate team. Placement there is not for sale here. Those emails get no reply.
